Academic Teaching Experience

Context

Focus
Guided students through both foundational and advanced design work—from developing conceptual thinking in junior studios to leading full capstone projects in Senior Seminar, including thesis writing, final deliverables, group branding, video production, and exhibition design.

Also supported career readiness through portfolio development, resume refinement, and positioning for entry into the design field.

  • Client-based workflows and feedback integration

  • File organization, naming conventions, and packaging best practices

  • Production-ready file prep and export standards

  • Collaboration practices for working across teams and partners

Outcome
Students graduated with fully realized capstone projects, professional portfolios, and a stronger understanding of how to position themselves within the design industry.
